The historic C.A. Smith Mansion has served as True North's corporate headquarters since December, 2017.

 

Overlooking the Ohio river, the City of Chester, and the former site of Rock Springs Park, this turn of the century mansion houses True North's executive offices, training facilities, and the True North Customer Support Center.

Public tours are scheduled periodically and the facility is available by appointment for civic, business, and community-based meetings.

The Fox family purchased the C.A. Smith Mansion in 2012 with the intent of preserving and restoring the turn of the century mansion to its original condition. The C.A. Smith Mansion had fallen into a state of disrepair, and Chester was at risk of losing a landmark property that defined the city’s history.

After speaking with President of True North LLC, Chuck Bailey, about his need for additional office space in Chester due to True North’s rapid growth and learning more about Chuck’s focus on our local community, the Fox family realized the two shared a vision: The C.A. Smith Mansion provides an excellent hometown solution for supporting True North’s growth, and the Fox Family is pleased to find a sustainable use for the building, while supporting business development in the community.

True North and the Fox Family are both committed to providing community access to the CA Smith House through hosting opportunities for civic, business, and community-based meeting and event space.  The goal is to continue to have the CA Smith House be an active part of our community for years to come.
