Chuck Bailey is Founder and President of True North.  After a 26 year corporate career in the printing, industrial manufacturing, home health, and franchising sectors, Bailey founded True North to leverage his education, skills, and experience to help small and medium size businesses achieve their full potential.

The name True North comes from the understanding that Geographic north (also called "true north") is the direction towards the fixed point we call the North Pole.  Magnetic north is the direction towards the north magnetic pole which is always moving.  Bailey's belief is that business, much like navigating a ship, requires a clear understand of True North with the company helping its client chart the right course.
